Lufthansa Signs Lease at THE SQUAIRE

September 29, 2011. The lease between Lufthansa and THE SQUAIRE has just been signed. As already announced in a letter of intent in early August, Germany’s largest airline has rented 18,500 square metres at THE SQUAIRE. This brings the occupancy rate up to around 82%.

Major Signing: Occupancy Rate now Exceeds 80%

Joining KPMG and Hilton, another key tenant is about to move in at THE SQUAIRE. Deutsche Lufthansa AG has decided to rent approx. 18,500 sqm. The Lufthansa signing brings the occupancy rate up to approx. 82%.
