ALEX opens restaurant in THE SQUAIRE
THE SQUAIRE has now one more location with pleasant surroundings: On July, 6 ALEX opened their new restaurant in THE SQUAIRE West, level 5. The offering is varied, ranging from breakfast to late-night cocktails.
Metal sculptures of Stefan Szczesny in THE SQUAIRE
THE SQUAIRE takes part in a large exhibition of artist Stefan Szczesny which is presented from May until October in Frankfurt. Centre of the exhibition is the "Palmengarten", nine sculptures can be seen in THE SQUAIRE. Stefan Szczesny is an internationally renowned artist who inspired 2007 visitors on the Mainau island.
IVG property THE SQUAIRE gets LEED gold
Frankfurt am Main/Bonn, 14 May 2012: THE SQUAIRE has been awarded a gold LEED certificate in the category “Core and Shell Development”. THE SQUAIRE scored very well in all rated categories and is therefore one of the most sustainable buildings in the world.
New tenants for THE SQUAIRE
Frankfurt am Main / Bonn, 10 May 2012: Since the end of 2011, IVG has concluded ten new leases for a total of 6,500 sqm of rental space in THE SQUAIRE project at Frankfurt Airport. Its occupancy rate has therefore risen to around 85%.
THE SQUAIRE Parking opens
THE SQUAIRE Parking opens with 2.500 additional parking spaces. Those can be used by tenants as well as by short-term parkers. THE SQUAIRE Parking has got a direct access from the federal highway B 43 and appeals in terms of usability. THE SQUAIRE itself can be reached within 90 seconds by SQUAIRE Metro.
Lufthansa Signs Lease at THE SQUAIRE
September 29, 2011. The lease between Lufthansa and THE SQUAIRE has just been signed. As already announced in a letter of intent in early August, Germany’s largest airline has rented 18,500 square metres at THE SQUAIRE. This brings the occupancy rate up to around 82%.
Major Signing: Occupancy Rate now Exceeds 80%
Joining KPMG and Hilton, another key tenant is about to move in at THE SQUAIRE. Deutsche Lufthansa AG has decided to rent approx. 18,500 sqm. The Lufthansa signing brings the occupancy rate up to approx. 82%.
