THE SQUAIRE Parking ensures more than just showing where exactly is a parking slot. The SQUAIRE Metro will take you to your office without getting your feet wet.
Almost there - The New Car Parking
THE SQUAIRE Parking makes around 2,500 parking spaces available to office tenants and short-term users. Together with the 625 in-house parking spaces at THE SQUAIRE, this brings the number of parking slots available in and directly next to the building up to more than 3,125. A well-visible display of available slots lets you easily and swiftly find a place to park.
The SQUAIRE Metro shuttle ensures a swift transfer between THE SQUAIRE and the multi-storey car park. It commutes between these buildings across a filigree monorail construction, the so-called Skylink, in two-minute intervals. The travel time for the 300-metre distance is a mere 90 seconds.
THE SQUAIRE Parking also makes frugal use of natural resources: Energy-saving LED lights, a grey-water infiltration tank, and a sod roof, among other features, contribute to the green footprint of the building. The intention is therefore to make it the first multi-storey car park in Europe to be LEED Gold* certified.
