The Landmark of Airport City Frankfurt.

THE SQUAIRE is a pioneering feat in structural engineering: For the first time ever, a building of this magnitude was raised on top of an ICE high-speed railway station, between two motorways, and on 86 columns. All of it without interrupting the traffic flow, logistics comparable to the construction of the Øresund Bridge over the North Sea.

THE SQUAIRE is an aesthetic flagship project: Notwithstanding its length of 660 metres and its weight of 350,000 tons, it does not look cumbersome, but nimble and sunlit.

THE SQUAIRE is an architectural masterpiece: Built from the outside in, the office, hotel, retail and conferencing floor-space needs were easy to accommodate once the aerodynamic exterior was in place.

THE SQUAIRE unfolds urban quality of living: Five atriums form the central patios, and turn the building with its many restaurants, cafés and stores into a city under one and the same roof – putting people squarely centre stage.

THE SQUAIRE is a word construct of "square" and "air".

THE SQUAIRE is an architectural icon of the 21st century. A place to be.
