Discover THE SQUAIRE. On all Levels.
THE SQUAIRE extends from the KPMG premises in the western end of the building all the way to the Hilton Hotels in the eastern end. In between, you will find five atriums and lettable area on nine levels. The offices are predominantly located on levels 6 through 11. They may be flexibly designed – be it as a 250 square metre unit on a skywalk, an entire floor with view of the municipal forest in the north, 4,000 square metres facing south toward the airport. Always including a kitchenette with a view of an inner courtyard. Brightly coloured entrances, making it easy to find your way around, will direct you from the atriums to the offices.
On the lower Levels 3 (ICE railway station cupola) and 5 (atriums), you will find shops and restaurants.
You may access THE SQUAIRE via the escalator form the train station platform, via its own driveway, or via the Skylink shuttle from the multi-storey car park.
